Scope of Work:
Design & administrate construction for planting, hardscape and irrigation.  The Starbucks Courtyard features a sculpture fountain & shaded seating. Monuments and signage reinforce the Newhall Land & Farm monumentation character.

Quality of Life:
The surrounding neighborhoods lacked a place to meet and relax until this pedestrian/stay and relax shopping center was developed.
